All information about our clients and the type of transaction conducted will be kept in strict confidentiality. Your private information will never be shared by Valley Goldmine. Creating a fair, secure and private transaction for our clients will always be our main concern.

At Valley Goldmine, it is our policy to write you a check for the full amount of the purchase at the time of the transaction.

Valley Goldmine does not re-sell your jewelry to the public. Our company does not keep cash or merchandise at our office locations.
